Zebra Stripes - September 2003 Job of the Month

This wall-to-wall remodel is located in Arlington, TX. The owner wanted an eclectic look for his floors that would also complement the design and colors of his furniture. We first applied a brick-red colored microfinish overlay and then a very dark black acid stain, pushing the color until it was almost marble black, but if you look closely, a shade of red is apparent.
