The Loft - August 2007 Job of the Month
What a view! We found out that this 5th floor loft near beautiful downtown Dalllas, TX, had a small problem. The builder hadn't finished off the floor. He left it as bare concrete and the new owners were definitely in the mood for something more. With a judicious application of a brown water stain we left them smiling.
