Get a Tan - February 2008 Job of the Month
This residential project in Fairview, Texas, highlights the "mottling" effect that comes from acid staining. Because we found the floor in terrible shape, we used a microfinish overlay to repair it followed by a tan acid stain. You can see the swirling and color variations that are a result of the interaction between the acid stain and the troweling of the floor.
