The Lakehouse
This Rowlett, TX, lakehouse had a poolside patio that had been painted a few years back. As you can see in the picture, it didn't hold up too well to those lakeside winds. We skimmed on a couple of thin coats followed by a light brown acid stain to fix the problem.
