Skim Coat

If your exterior concrete has an issue, a skim coat is an economical remedy. A skim coat overlay is a thin layer of special cement that is applied to the surface of your existing concrete, opening up new decorative possibilities. A skim coat can fix leveling problems, or if you have extended your patio, blend in new and existing sections of concrete.

Skim coat overlays are usually priced in the $2 - $3 per ft². Larger projects have a lower cost per square foot than smaller projects. We have a $1,400 minimum for our work which corresponds to around 460 ft² for exterior floors. We can do smaller areas; however the minimum price of $1,400 will apply. This pricing is for residential projects, for commercial projects, please give us a call for a free estimate.
