The Patio Above
This second story patio in Highland Village, TX, had tile on it that was just popping off. After removing it, we installed a "floating floor", which is a type of flooring that is not directly tied to the patio itself, giving it some flexibility. Next we applied our trowel down texture and then cut out the tile pattern. This one really works with that outside furniture.
